Coating Applications

Our Coating Applications include Silicone elastomers, PFA, and PTFE coatings. Coatings are applied via liquid spray coating, powder coating, or in the case of silicone, liquid injection molding. PFA and PTFE non-stick coatings are specified to reduce adhesion and improve wear characteristics. Our Engineers can assist Customers in selecting the appropriate material formulations based on requirements such as hardness, conductivity, temperature range, and wear.

In addition to new production, we have the capability to strip worn materials off of the substrate and recoat the substrate. Complete remanufacturing capabilities save our Customers money and production lead time. A flexible manufacturing environment allows us to efficiently produce products in a range of volumes.
